How did it all start?
It started with a simple user call:
“Hi, I live in Guntur and my travel plans don’t involve flights or stays. I usually commute by bus from Hyderabad to Guntur. I would love it if you could bring buses too on Scapia”
This made us think about what more we could do. On further researching and calling, we found that 65% of our target audience travel intercity and needed more ways to redeem coins. The very obvious answer was to introduce buses on Scapia.
Our supply team already had the checklist to curate only the high-quality buses on Scapia.
